MW4 DMZ / FIELD NOTES
MW4 DMZ 3D printer recipes: all 14, with inputs and unlock levels
Eleven days ago the community database at dmzhub.gg listed one 3D printer recipe, a bandage. Early access opened yesterday and the count is now fourteen. We pulled every one into a table you can search, grouped by what the printer makes: inputs with quantities, the max printable where the site lists one, and the progression level that unlocks the recipe.

The short version
The printer opens at DMZ level 2 and runs on four base resources (Synthetics, Chemicals, Metals and Electronics) plus named ingredients you find in raid. The cheap end is all base resources: an Energy Drink costs 20 in total, the four small consumables 30 each, the 1-Plate vest and the Small Backpack 50 each. Everything from Epic upwards asks for ingredients. The Medkit is the first, at Chemicals 30 plus Biomaterials 5 and one Binding Catalyst. Binding Catalyst turns up in three recipes, both revives among them. It is the one to hoard. Only two recipes show a max printable (1 each). Unlock levels come from the progression table, and six recipes are not in it, which leaves DMZ Orders or a recipe found in raid, the other two routes the developers have named.
Consumables
The search box filters every table on this page as you type: an item, an ingredient or a level all work. Seven consumables so far, from the Common Energy Drink to the Legendary Self-Revive Kit.
No recipe matches that search.
| Output | Rarity | Inputs | Max printable | Unlock level |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Energy Drink | Common | Chemicals 10, Metals 10 | 1 | Not in the level table |
| Bandage | Uncommon | Synthetics 15, Chemicals 15 | 1 | Level 2 |
| Pain Killers | Uncommon | Electronics 15, Chemicals 15 | Not listed yet | Not in the level table |
| Radiation Blockers | Uncommon | Electronics 15, Chemicals 15 | Not listed yet | Not in the level table |
| Sedative Inhaler | Uncommon | Synthetics 15, Chemicals 15 | Not listed yet | Level 3 |
| Medkit | Epic | Chemicals 30, Biomaterials 5, Binding Catalyst 1 | Not listed yet | Level 2 |
| Self-Revive Kit | Legendary | Biomaterials 5, Binding Catalyst 3 (dmzhub marks this recipe incomplete) | Not listed yet | Level 48 |
Plate carriers
Three vests. The 1-Plate is pure base resources; the 2-Plate doubles the Synthetics and adds Reactive Metals; the Ultra Tempered vest drops base resources entirely for three ingredient types.
| Output | Rarity | Inputs | Max printable | Unlock level |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1-Plate Armor Vest | Uncommon | Synthetics 25, Metals 25 | Not listed yet | Level 2 |
| 2-Plate Armor Vest | Rare | Synthetics 50, Reactive Metals 5 | Not listed yet | Level 2 |
| Tempered Armor Vest | Ultra | Military Composites 2, Ballistic Fabric 4, Rigid Synthetics 10 | Not listed yet | Not in the level table |
Backpacks
Three bags. The Small Backpack costs exactly what the 1-Plate vest costs, which makes the two a natural pair after a bad raid. The progression table also lists a Medium Backpack recipe at level 2, but dmzhub has no costs for it yet, so it is not here.
| Output | Rarity | Inputs | Max printable | Unlock level |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Small Backpack | Uncommon | Synthetics 25, Metals 25 | Not listed yet | Level 2 |
| Small Secure Backpack | Epic | Metals 50, Rigid Synthetics 10, Structural Alloy 3 | Not listed yet | Not in the level table |
| Secure Scavenger Backpack | Ultra | Military Composites 2, Nylon Laminate 4, Reactive Metals 10 | Not listed yet | Not in the level table |
Field upgrades
One so far. The Revive Pistol is a level 64 reward in the progression table, and its recipe asks for three ingredients and no base resources at all.
| Output | Rarity | Inputs | Max printable | Unlock level |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Revive Pistol | Legendary | Power Regulator 2, Binding Catalyst 3, Detonators 5 | Not listed yet | Level 64 |
The ingredients you will be farming
Ten named ingredients appear across the fourteen recipes. The progression table hands some of them out as level rewards, two at a time: Rigid Synthetics at 6, Reactive Metals at 11, Detonators at 29, Biomaterials at 39, Structural Alloy at 43 and Binding Catalyst at 49.
| Ingredient | Used in | Recipes |
|---|---|---|
| Binding Catalyst | Medkit (1), Self-Revive Kit (3), Revive Pistol (3) | 3 |
| Biomaterials | Medkit (5), Self-Revive Kit (5) | 2 |
| Military Composites | Tempered Armor Vest (2), Secure Scavenger Backpack (2) | 2 |
| Reactive Metals | 2-Plate Armor Vest (5), Secure Scavenger Backpack (10) | 2 |
| Rigid Synthetics | Tempered Armor Vest (10), Small Secure Backpack (10) | 2 |
| Ballistic Fabric | Tempered Armor Vest (4) | 1 |
| Detonators | Revive Pistol (5) | 1 |
| Nylon Laminate | Secure Scavenger Backpack (4) | 1 |
| Power Regulator | Revive Pistol (2) | 1 |
| Structural Alloy | Small Secure Backpack (3) | 1 |
What to print first
Print the cheap ones without a second thought. Bandages, Pain Killers and the rest cost 30 base resources each, and a consumable in your bag does more for you than a stack of Chemicals in the stash. After a wipe, the 1-Plate vest and the Small Backpack cost 50 each and get you back out of the door. That is the whole recovery kit for 100 resources. Keep every Binding Catalyst. The Medkit needs one, the Self-Revive Kit and the Revive Pistol need three each, and the level table only gives you two, at level 49. Reactive Metals and Rigid Synthetics are the next squeeze. Ten of either goes into an Epic or Ultra print, so spending five Reactive Metals on a 2-Plate vest is a choice, not a default.
Where Wing Mait fits
Wing Mait reads your screen and calls out what it sees, so you don't have to look away from the fight. DMZ support is in development. A recipe list is the sort of thing a good squadmate carries in their head: whether that Binding Catalyst on the floor is worth the detour, and whether you have the Chemicals for another Medkit. Wing Mait doesn't read game memory, inject anything or send inputs to the game.

Source briefing
Recipe data comes from dmzhub.gg, the community-edited MW4 DMZ database run by the WZHUB team, retrieved on 21 October 2026 (the recipes were last edited between 14 and 20 October). dmzhub marks the Self-Revive Kit recipe as incomplete. Unlock levels come from the progression table COD Warfare (@CODWarfareForum) posted on X on 20 October 2026. Item and ingredient names are kept as the game spells them. We did not reproduce any icons or images from either source. Community data moves quickly in the first week, so check the printer in game before you spend a rare ingredient.
